I'll Shoot. You Run.

id wanna thank errbody who voted for my entry in New York Institute of Photography's photo contest.

last sept 17, i received an email from Jeanne Fu of NYIP informing me that i am one of the finalists. attached to her mail was a 4-page document for me to completely fill out to verify eligibility and ownership of the entry. a couple days later i faxed the document to NYIP, which cost me a hefty lot. twaz international fax, damn expensive but aint no nuthin i can do bout that.

now with that my entry will now be one of those to be judged by a panel of celebrity judges (Bobbi Lane, David Handshuh, and John Owens). after that, the grand prize winner and the first prize winners in each category will be announced. the prizes, by the way, are as follows:

1 grand prize winner: all expense paid trip to new york (5 days) + nikon d40x DSLR camera + more..yes, more!
4 category winners: nikon d40x DSLR camera + somthin else which i kinda forgot
16 exhibition winners: their entries will be on exhibit somewhere in manhattan (i think), somewhere big where lotsa people can see em..basta somewhere BIG!

im not really expecting to win big. being a finalist is already somthin big and i have u to thank for it.
so aun, lotsa thanx to u who took time to vote. i really really appreciate it.
